... taking delivery of our huge CBS dichroic glass order we almost forgot about the U.S. surcharge we are charged from our OOCSGS. Yes, it's true- our dollar has been within .05 of one percent for a week now yet OOCSGS thinks it's still okay to add on a 2.9%.

they'll get their payback I'm sure. Many of us are already buying more and more from elsewhere, not just because the pricing is better, but others seem to have a better sense of fair play and business ethics!

Again, Mikey, THANK YOU for being THE ONLY ONE TO SPEAK UP. I am a retail longtime customer and I have seen changes in the industry from my perspective. But, you and FIG are always there with supplies, advice and humour. What is you r surcharge for excellent service?
